The subscription includes:

• Unlimited access to personalized exercises tailored to your goals and needs.
• Use of tools compatible with Apple Health and Google Fit to track your progress.
• Advice on equipment and innovative fitness solutions, all at a competitive price of €29.90/month.

2. Application Access

The Subscriber is responsible for the technological means required to access the application, including a compatible device, an Internet connection, and a valid email address.

• The service is available 24/7, subject to maintenance or unforeseen events.
• The application is hosted by Anyfes Digital in Barcelona, Spain.

3. Subscription and Eligibility

Eligibility conditions:

• To subscribe to FitSync, you must:
• Be in good physical health and of legal age (+18 years).
• Reside in mainland France.
• Provide accurate information during registration.

The Company reserves the right to verify the information provided and to terminate a subscription in case of false statements or invalid payment methods.

Subscription Terms:

• Sign up via the official website or through promotional campaigns.
• The Subscriber receives a confirmation email once payment is validated.

4. Service Purpose

The subscription provides access to:

• Custom exercises: personalized according to your physical condition and goals.
• Tailored solutions: advice on equipment needed to optimize your performance.
• Technological integration: compatibility with Apple Health and Google Fit for advanced tracking.

5. Pricing and Payment

The subscription cost is €29.90/month with no commitment and is automatically renewed.

• Payment is exclusively by credit card.
• Monthly billing is accessible from your personal account.
• In case of non-payment, the Company reserves the right to suspend access to the application.

6. Cancellation and Withdrawal

Cancellation:

• You can cancel at any time:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

Right of withdrawal: In accordance with the law, the Subscriber has a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of subscription.

7. Data Protection

The collected data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Subscriber has the right to access, correct, and delete their data, which they can exercise by contacting: contact@digitalrewards.online.

8. Complaints and Mediation

In case of disputes, the Subscriber can contact customer service:
